just use the tool by heidoc.net and you're good to you. i alreaady and got the isos version 19043.928, you still need to apply the latest cum, patch, .net patch and latest ssu as well

Why hasn't 19043.985 ISO been released while 19041/19042.985 ISO has?

@Emer They probably created the ISO of the 21h1 before the "refresh" ISO.
