Download MAS_1.4 from that page and use it (run with admin privileges). CMD window will open; look at the options listed and try to activate

You have No permissionsdid you read the Troubleshoot Guide listed in the ReadMe? It should be in the MAS_1.4 folder from where you used the activator.
Also I noticed that sppsvc (software protection) doesn't start; it needs to start in order to activate Windows. Check if it's set to automatic (Delayed Start, Trigger Start)
This may help you restoring services to default state:

You have No permissionsFollowing the troubleshooting guide I now did:
Set windows update to Automatic (Trigger Start) [Image: 91WHq4n.png]
Dism /online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth - completed, reboot
sfc.exe /scannow - completed, reboot, ran activation script, same error as above.
slmgr.vbs /rearm - instantly gives me The contents of this section are hidden

I checked what sppsvc is set to and it already was automatic (Delayed Start, Trigger Start) [Image: CdlWRex.png]
Trying to start it manually shows me The contents of this section are hidden

I recently purchased a new computer from HP.  As with most OEM PC's, it came preinstalled with the "Home" version of Windows 10.  I have used this tool in the past to upgrade to "Professional".  I don't know if something has changed with newer versions of Windows 10, but for some reason I cannot use the License switching feature to upgrade to Pro.  Perhaps I have just forgotten the correct procedure or chosen incorrect drop down options.

If there is anyone out there who has successfully used this tool to upgrade from OEM "Home" to "Professional" would you please describe what options you chose to make a successful outcome?

Thanks in advance!
