A blackout hit the western half of Cuba on Wednesday, leaving millions of people in Havana and beyond without power in the latest outage to affect an island struggling with dwindling oil reserves and a crumbling electric grid.

The government’s Electric Union confirmed the outage on social media, saying it affected people from the eastern town of Pinar del Rio to the central town of Camaguey.

I have been trying to run Adobe Reader Pro Portable on my office laptop, which has Windows 11. In Windows 10, using the portable version of Adobe Reader Pro was never an issue, but ever since I switched to Windows 11, I have not been able to run it. When I open the app, it reverts to the trial edition with limited functionality.

Is there a fix to this? Thanks.
