Internet Download Manager 6.38 build 12 (17/11/2020)
Changes:
- Improved the interception of downloads on some sites
- Improved downloading files intercepted from Chrome based browsers

Updated my toolbox to b4.5
Changes:
1. File patch binary search confirmed for 6.38 build 8 to latest b12. Was waiting for this.
2. Updated and improved registry cleaner-remover code + local thrash blocklist log files
3. Added and rewired back Registry blocking method. Can use registration toolbox custom mode.
4. Added missed 1 IP for firewall block , now WDF and Netlimiter working beautifully.
5. Minor GUI changes.
6. Fix downloader functions due to firewall block.
