I really didn't know that WZT is part of Microsoft and the official site for official Windows updates.
Until now, I thought Windows updates came from a Windows server and available for download through the Microsoft® Update Catalog.

Sorry, I'm too old and can't understand how fast everything changes.

Does Windows auto-update also provide them or has it stopped for now?

I can't tell if you're joking or not. WZT is NOT a Microsoft site. What he does is download installer images (ISO, ESD, etc.) from Microsoft, and puts them up on an easily navigated download site. Here's WZT's download page:

These are Windows (and Office) installer images. These are different from Windows Update which installs patches to your installed version. Those patches come from Microsoft, either through Windows Update or from the Microsoft Catalog.
