It's a cumulative update, which is release after the monthly iso (like always), so yes the build number is different.

The cumulative update number is KB4567523 or full name:
June 18, 2020 — KB4567523 (OS Build 19041,331)
Applies to: Windows 10, version 2004, all editionsWindows Server version 2004

the KB4567523 cumulative update is an out-of-band update, neptunus & Alv37.
KB4567523 is only available from the MS Update Catalog site and usually not available thru Windows Update & WSUS as mentioned in MS support article 4567523.

edit - KB4567523 (build 19041.331) did not make it into the v2004 June 2020 ISOs, which have the KB4557957 CU (build 19041.329) instead.

this update fixes the defrag/optimization problem where it now remembers its previous defrag status
