how did you do it manually? 14 (I don't care about JATD at this point - I'll use that for something else but not for upgrading from a non-LTSC to LTSC)

I will continue to remain skeptical about your Pro to LTSB upgrade while preserving apps & files until you prove it

I would recommend you do some research. To expect a person to walk you though every step is time consuming and most don't have that time.  Better you do research so you understand.  If someone does it for you then you don't learn.  The reason for the tool was to make it easier on peeps.  Getting angry wont help and usually pushes devs away from helping you.  No one has to prove anything in this world except to themselves.  3

You have No permissionsIt was possible back in 2016 when LTSB came out (we were still on 1511 build if I'm correct. I'd have to get my hands on an old ISO to be able to reproduce the path for upgrading from Pro to 2016 LTSB.
My testing laptop is still running LTSB which I achieved from upgrading Windows 7 Ultimate to Windows 10 Pro which I upgraded to 2016LTSB. All happened without losing data and programs
I don't care if you believe it or not but it could be done at that time.
I'll try to do the same in a VM with later Pro version just to see if it is possible to upgrade to LTSC without losing data and programs.

I know what I managed to do back in 2016 so I'll give it a go.

I'll report back later (could take some time)
