Hello.
I have been trying to run Adobe Reader Pro Portable on my office laptop, which has Windows 11. In Windows 10, using the portable version of Adobe Reader Pro was never an issue, but ever since I switched to Windows 11, I have not been able to run it. When I open the app, it reverts to the trial edition with limited functionality.
Is there a fix to this? Thanks.

I guess you forgot to add hosts rules and firewall rules,
Which portable do you have and who's the creator of the portable?

My lack of Admin privileges would prevent me from making changes to the firewall settings and probably host setting too, unfortunately, I think.
The portable version I grabbed was from another forum. I am not sure about its creator, the uploaders there never specify or credit the original creator of the portable version.

so I assume it's a machine from work and you don't have the administrator credentials to make changes to the firewall and hosts file? Then it will be impossible to add FW and hosts rules because both need admin privileges

OK. Thanks for letting me know. Just what I suspected (cries inside).
