You can use it to upgrade to Home Edition and after getting the Home version during upgrade. After the upgrade to Home version you can upgrade to Pro by entering the generic product key (change license) and reboot. After rebooting Windows you end up having an unlicensed Pro version which you can activate with a digital license by using hwidgen.
Procedure:
-Navigate again to Start Menu > Settings > Updates and Security > Activation
-Under Activation, select Change product key. The Product Key window will open
-Enter the 25-digit Windows Pro Product Key: VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T
-Select Next. If your key is correct, the upgrade will start, and you'll soon get a message that Windows has been upgraded
-Activate your Pro version with hwidgen
If you upgrade from your installed Windows 7 it's most likely you don't have to upgrade your drivers in order to get a Windows 10 Home license.
