Just found today after installing latest Bittorrent client because a torrent was not downloading properly on qbit. Bittorrent setup installed an exe file named "helper.exe" which was signed by utorrent. That exe file continuously trying to connect dozens of IPs every second and my windows firewall control notified me by displaying its actions. I blocked that exe. So now bittorrent also supporting utorrent sh*t.
