Fujifilm image processing

I am a beginner photographer currently using a Fujifilm XS-10 w/ XF18-135mm lens. 

What editing program should I use? Also whats the best for video editing, I want to be able to quickly chop down my long videos to shorter, useable clips.

For quick trimming i like Losslesscut. (i would recomend getting to the site or directly downloading over github, the first google result isn't official i believe).
