I'm only guessing here. The first one is (no screen install). The second one the default setup next next one.

Silent installs usually are pre-activated and can be used to install during OS setup without user intervention.

We have a TeaM member @BALTAGY He is a good repack creator , but at the moment he is busy with real life matters.
Moving on if you are a repack maker , please make some repacks , plus if you know a good repack maker invite him/her over here and we will surely make him/her our part of community.
