This tool will help to install DotNet 2.0 framework, DotNet 3.5 framework on the following systems:
* Windows 8
* Windows 8.1
* Windows 8.1 with Update 1
* Windows 10
* Windows Server 2012 R2
How to Install dot net 3.5, dot net 2.0 on windows 8, windows 8.1, and Windows Server 2012 Fully offline, no DVD.
It is offline, (no internet is required), and standalone no Windows ISO or Windows DVD is needed.
It is supporting all Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and windows 10 languages and versions.
(works on both 64 bit and 32 bit systems).
There is an Error With Windows 8.1 Pro German language, Please if you encounter this error remove and uninstall those updates KB2966826 and KB2966828 , And run the tool again.

It seems some Windows updates with some Windows languages may make Framework 3.5 don't install, That happened with Win8.1
Framework for Windows 10 tested only in English language with no updates (x32 & x64)
Also the silent will give you end message "Framework has been installed" what ever it's installed successfully or not it just end message for the setup
So if that happen with Windows 10 your reports will make us know what those updates so others can remove them
But at the end it's recommended to install it in a fresh system before install any updates or any language packs
