I don't use this pack specifically but I have found that if you have a program that's giving a redist error, 9/10 times problem is solved by total wipe of existing installed packages and reinstalling with an AiO like this one and others.
As the family tech I have grown tired of reinstalling and even re-imaging, one of these days Microsoft will make settings/etc cloud compatible (and OPTIONAL)
