they do at cloudmail, including iot enterprise and "business" edition ISOs (and much more) as I recently checked myself
the ms techbench links are usually the "consumer" edition ISOs only which have home/pro

Got business edition from cloudmail, patched TPM and tried on vmware. To avoid internet connection, I installed enterprise version.

22H2 build 22621.525 (Sep 2022 refresh) business & consumer US English ESDs (and possibly MVS/MSDN ISOs coming very soon) available (the Win11 22H2 Media Creation tool is recently downloading the refreshed 22621.525 ESDs)

I install the "education" edition, which seems to also produce the same result; I always install "offline" with no internet connection on first setup

Is there any disadvantages to use Windows 11 IoT Enterprise on regular PC?
I plan to use it on vmware for apps testing and creating winpe medias for various apps. Can i expect some problems if I use Windows 11 IoT instead regular?
