Always make sure you install Windows with local account
turn off internet - use slmgr -ipk (25 DIGIT KEY) that will replace the current installed key then you can validate that by
slmgr -dli or -dlv to insure the key is what you entered...
turn on Internet and it should activate then validate the key again....

Latests releases 20H1, builds 19035 and 19037, in enterprise version (all with no watermark and no timebomb...), mounted on a virtual machine and activated with manual method !
It always works !

Hello guys
I activated my windows and office 2016 with MSToolkit about a year ago but now the windows activation is gone and gives me the "not activated" watermark. So do i have to clear my previous (now failed) windows activation before using HWIDGEN? if so, how can I do that?

Just uninstall AutoKMS if installed. After activate with HWID you can use abbodi's KMS_VL_ALL for Office 2016.

ok so i ran mstoolkit and uninstalled the autokms activation. however, upon running hwid.kms38.gen.mk6.exe i get this error message: "failed to determine licensing status, please check if your system has any product key installed". when i go to Settings, update and security, activation it says "no product key found" so I'm kinda confused now, does anybody know how to fix this?
