I don't know why, but for me, the issue is still there about the 360p video issue with YouTube. It shows only one option.

I don't use this function (and I don't use IDM any more because I've migrated to Linux) but while doing a little research I came across this video which shows a “workaround”, try to see if it works (until they fix the problem).
