your log looks fine. You've installed the digital license which can only be done if there wasn't a digital license present for this version yet

-are you sure that the previously installed Windows version was the same one as you installed and activated now? I mean are you sure that wasn't Home or Pro edition?

if that's true then somehow your old license must have been corrupted I guess. Maybe @s1ave77 can shine a light on what may have happened
